What shipping options do you offer? All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You can choose standard or express shipping at checkout, and we also offer local delivery at a reduced rate for nearby customers.

Standard Shipping – $10

Express Shipping – $14

Local Delivery – $4 (for addresses between 15–30km radius of Nuriootpa)

Free Local Delivery (within 15km of Nuriootpa, SA)

 

Where do you ship to? At the moment, we ship Australia-wide only.

 

Can I pick up my order? Absolutely!
You’re welcome to collect your order from our base in Nuriootpa. Just enter the code PICKUP at checkout to remove the delivery fee, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a time that suits.

 

How can I track my order? As soon as your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

If you’re a Barossa local and your order is being delivered by hand, you’ll get an email once it has been dropped off.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

 

Can I change my order once it’s been placed? We aim to dispatch orders quickly -often within 24 hours, so changes aren’t always possible. If you need to add something or make a change, please get in touch ASAP and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Can I return my earrings if I don’t like them? Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

My earrings arrived damaged -what should I do? Oh no! If your earrings arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days. Be sure to include your proof of purchase and a clear photo of the damage. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund.

My ears are sensitive -can I wear your earrings? In most cases, yes! Unless stated otherwise, our earrings are made with surgical stainless-steel posts, hooks, and hoops, which are generally safe for sensitive ears.

 

Are your earrings really lightweight They really are! Most of our pieces are made from polymer clay, which is incredibly light. Statement studs weigh around 3g per pair, and dangles are about 7g -so no pulling, no tugging, just comfy all day.

 

What if the earrings I love are sold out Some of our designs are one-off collections and won’t be restocked, but many customer favourites make a regular return. If you’ve missed out on a pair you love, feel free to get in touch and we’ll let you know if they’re coming back.

Are your earrings handmade? Yes -each pair is lovingly handmade right here in South Australia. Slight variations and imperfections are part of their charm and uniqueness.
